Prof. Xiangyang Xing

Prof. Xiangyang Xing, is a Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University. He has been awarded funding from the National Excellent Young Scientists Fund. He primarily focuses on research in new energy system control technology and application technology. He has published over 80 papers in internationally renowned SCI journals such as IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics (TPE), IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics (TIE), and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics (TII). His awards include the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Class) in 2023 (4th contributor), 2020 (4th contributor).
Prof. Yu Wang is a Hongshen Outstanding Professor in Chongqing University. He has been selected for the “National-Level Young Talent Program” and the European Union’s “Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowship” program. He has published over 100 papers in international journals and conferences. He serves as an editorial board member for international journals such as MPCE, IET GTD, and IET RPG, and Secretary of the IEEE PES Energy Internet Coordination Committee Working Group, Member of the New Energy and Energy Storage Systems Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, and Member of the Smart Microgrid Committee of the Chinese Energy Society. He has been recognized as a Web of Science Highly Cited Researcher (top 1%) and included in the list of the World’s Top 2% Scientists. His research focuses on power system dynamics and control, microgrid and distributed energy resources, and cyber-physical power system security.

Prof. Lei Zhang, a Professor-Level Senior Engineer, serves as the Deputy Director of the National Key Laboratory of Renewable Energy Grid-Integration at the Department of Renewable Energy, China Electric Power Research Institute. His primary research focuses on renewable energy grid integration simulation and operation control. He has participated in the development of 7 national/industry standards in the fields of renewable energy modeling and operation control, published over 20 academic papers, been granted 18 invention patents, and co-authored 3 books/translations. His contributions have been recognized with 1 ministerial and provincial-level super prize, 1 first prize, and 5 second prizes.
